Email Issues -- Retrieving Preferred Email Addresses

There is a new subroutine to retrieve a person's preferred email
address from the PEOPLE.CONTACT.INFO file. The name of the subroutine is
GET.PREF.EMAIL.ADDRESS. It has the same arguments as the
GET.EMAIL.ADDRESS routine... (FILE.POINTER, PEOPLE.ID, ADDRESS) but the
file pointer should be to PEOPLE.CONTACT.INFO instead of AIX.USERS.

Scott S. has informed me that preferred email address (PREFERRED.E-MAIL)
in PEOPLE.CONTACT.INFO is where we should be getting email addresses
from now on (rather than AIX.USERS). Please change any
applications/screens/dictionaries/whatever that is currently using
AIX.USERS to this file and field. Don't forget to make sure there is a
filepoint in all the appropriate account vocs before making changes.
